K-Beauty Audit Terms of Service

K-Beauty Audit provides independent informational decision-support and research services for people evaluating aesthetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, cosmetic procedure, and clinic options in Korea.

Our core service is a paid Quote Intelligence Audit. Customers may submit clinic names, doctor names, prices, quote details, discount details, procedure interests, travel timing, consultation notes, screenshots, messages, and concerns.

Based on the information submitted and available sources, a report may include:

• quote comparison
• price context
• clinic or doctor background research based on available information
• Korean-language and international reputation-signal review
• consultation and sales-dynamics context
• questions you may want to ask clinics
• decision-risk context

K-Beauty Audit is not a clinic, hospital, medical practice, booking agency, broker, travel agency, insurance provider, or medical tourism provider.

K-Beauty Audit provides informational research and decision-support only.

Our reports are intended to help you organize information, understand available context, identify possible questions, and think more clearly before making your own decision.

We do not decide for you. We do not tell you whether you should get a procedure, choose a clinic, choose a doctor, accept a quote, pay a deposit, or travel for treatment.

Any terms we use, such as "concern," "risk context," "signals," "fit," "price context," "consultation dynamics," or similar language, refer only to informational assessment based on available information. They are not medical, legal, safety, or professional determinations.

K-Beauty Audit does not provide medical advice.

We do not provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, surgical advice, dermatology advice, anesthesia advice, aftercare advice, prescription advice, or medical suitability assessments.

We cannot tell you whether:

• a procedure is medically appropriate for you
• a doctor is medically qualified to treat you
• a clinic is medically safe
• a quoted treatment plan is medically appropriate
• your medical history creates risks
• you should travel for treatment
• you should proceed with surgery or any other procedure

You should consult licensed medical professionals before making decisions about any procedure, treatment, medication, anesthesia, travel, recovery, or aftercare.

K-Beauty Audit does not recommend, approve, certify, verify, rank, endorse, or guarantee any clinic, doctor, procedure, quote, package, price, consultation, treatment plan, or outcome.

A report may identify available information, signals, context, concerns, or questions to ask. It does not mean that a clinic or doctor is safe or unsafe, good or bad, qualified or unqualified, ethical or unethical, suitable or unsuitable, or appropriate or inappropriate for you.

We do not guarantee:

• clinic safety
• doctor quality
• pricing fairness
• quote accuracy
• procedure results
• complication rates
• satisfaction
• aftercare quality
• refund outcomes
• dispute outcomes
• medical, cosmetic, financial, legal, or travel outcomes

You are responsible for your own decisions.

This includes whether to contact a clinic, book a consultation, pay a deposit, travel, choose a doctor, accept a quote, sign a consent form, or proceed with treatment.

You are responsible for verifying all clinic, doctor, price, procedure, licensing, safety, treatment, aftercare, refund, deposit, translator, travel, and legal information directly with the relevant clinic, doctor, licensed medical professional, government authority, or other appropriate source.

You should not rely on K-Beauty Audit as your only source of information.

To use the Service, you may submit information such as your name, email address, procedure interests, travel timing, clinic names, doctor names, prices, quote details, discount details, screenshots, messages, consultation notes, concerns, and questions.

You are responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate, complete, lawful, and relevant to your request.

K-Beauty Audit may rely on the information you provide. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or misleading results caused by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, edited, cropped, selective, or misleading customer-submitted materials.

Do not submit information that you are not legally allowed to provide.

The Service may involve sensitive information, including consumer health data or health-adjacent information.

This may include procedure interests, possible future procedures, clinic consultations, quotes, screenshots, messages, medical-adjacent concerns, and other information that may relate to your past, present, or future physical or mental health, appearance-related concerns, or health-related services.

You should submit only information that is necessary for the audit you request.

Do not submit emergency medical questions, urgent health information, highly sensitive medical records, government identification numbers, payment-card numbers outside the approved checkout flow, or information about another person unless you have authority to do so.

Our collection and use of personal information and consumer health data is described in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, the Quote Intelligence Audit is delivered as a PDF report by email.

The scope, depth, and format of each report may vary based on the service purchased, information submitted, available sources, source quality, language limitations, time constraints, and the practical limits of research.

Reports are for your personal informational use only. They are not medical records, legal opinions, expert reports, insurance documents, clinical evaluations, investigative findings, or public accusations against any clinic, doctor, or third party.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, K-Beauty Audit aims to deliver the PDF report within approximately two weeks after payment and receipt of the required information.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline.

Turnaround may be affected by incomplete intake responses, delayed materials, source availability, translation difficulty, research complexity, public holidays, high volume, technical issues, payment issues, email deliverability problems, or other circumstances.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, a Quote Intelligence Audit does not include revisions, follow-up research, additional clinics, additional procedures, expanded source review, additional translation, live consultation, or ongoing support after delivery.

K-Beauty Audit may, at its discretion, correct obvious clerical mistakes, broken files, formatting problems, or delivery issues.

We are not required to revise a report because you disagree with the analysis, submit new materials after delivery, receive a new quote, change your clinic list, request deeper research, or want additional explanation.

Additional research or expanded services may require a separate purchase if offered.

K-Beauty Audit's work is limited by available information, submitted materials, public sources, language barriers, search limitations, source reliability, translation ambiguity, time constraints, and the scope of the service purchased.

We do not guarantee that all relevant information will be found, translated, verified, included, or correctly interpreted.

We do not guarantee that we will find all lawsuits, complaints, disciplinary history, incidents, adverse outcomes, pricing data, review patterns, ownership changes, doctor history, clinic affiliations, online discussions, deleted posts, private reports, regulatory actions, or other relevant information.

Reports reflect judgment based on information available at the time of review. Information may change after a report is delivered.

K-Beauty Audit may review public websites, clinic websites, public doctor or clinic profiles, pricing references, Korean-language sources, international sources, review platforms, community discussions, forums, blogs, social media, public records, translation tools, search results, customer-submitted materials, and other third-party sources.

We do not control third-party sources and do not guarantee that those sources are accurate, complete, recent, unbiased, lawful, representative, verified, or available later.

Online reviews, community posts, forum discussions, blogs, app reviews, comments, testimonials, and reputation signals can be incomplete, anonymous, promotional, incentivized, biased, outdated, fake, manipulated, selective, defamatory, exaggerated, or difficult to verify.

A pattern in online discussion may be useful context, but it is not proof of medical quality, legal wrongdoing, safety, negligence, fraud, or future outcome.

The absence of negative information does not mean a clinic, doctor, procedure, or quote is safe, fair, high-quality, or suitable.

K-Beauty Audit may use AI tools, search tools, translation tools, summarization tools, drafting tools, analytics tools, and other technology to assist with research, translation support, organization, drafting, report structure, quality control, and internal workflows.

K-Beauty Audit may use AI more extensively as the Service evolves.

Reports are human-reviewed and finalized before delivery. However, AI-assisted tools and translation tools can produce incomplete, inaccurate, biased, outdated, or misleading outputs. K-Beauty Audit does not guarantee that AI-assisted or translated information is error-free.

Our use of AI tools and vendors is described further in our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.

Paid services must be paid through the checkout flow provided at the time of purchase.

K-Beauty Audit currently uses Stripe as a payment processor.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes may apply.

Currency conversion, card fees, bank fees, payment failures, chargebacks, receipts, and payment disputes may be handled by Stripe, your card issuer, your bank, or other third-party payment providers according to their terms.

K-Beauty Audit may change prices, packages, service scope, add-ons, and payment methods at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases unless required by law or expressly stated.

Because K-Beauty Audit provides customized informational research and analysis, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout.

If your delivered report is not useful for your decision, you may request a satisfaction refund within 7 days of delivery by contacting kbeautyaudit@gmail.com. Eligible requests receive a full refund.

K-Beauty Audit may deny refunds once payment is made, once intake materials are submitted, once research begins, once analysis begins, once AI-assisted or human drafting begins, once the report is prepared, or once the report is delivered.

If you believe there has been a duplicate payment, billing error, or unauthorized charge, contact kbeautyaudit@gmail.com promptly.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law, payment-card network rules, or payment processor rules.

K-Beauty Audit may allow users to join a waitlist for future services, including pre-quote clinic screening, expanded audit formats, additional research services, or other offerings.

By joining a waitlist, you agree that K-Beauty Audit may contact you about waitlist updates, service availability, launch updates, related products or services, and marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails where required or made available.

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access to any future service, price, discount, launch date, turnaround time, report format, or feature.

You retain ownership of materials you submit, subject to any rights held by third parties.

By submitting materials, you grant K-Beauty Audit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, review, translate, summarize, analyze, format, excerpt, and create derivative works from those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, operate the business, maintain records, comply with law, improve internal processes, and enforce these Terms.

K-Beauty Audit will not publicly identify you or publish identifiable screenshots, clinic communications, reports, quotes, testimonials, or case examples without your separate consent, except where permitted by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, or legal interests.

K-Beauty Audit may run paid ads, publish educational content, use testimonials, display reviews, or share case examples, subject to applicable law and required consent.

Any testimonials, reviews, or case examples should reflect honest customer experiences and should not create misleading medical, financial, safety, or outcome claims.

K-Beauty Audit will not use your name, photo, identifiable screenshots, identifiable clinic communications, identifiable report excerpts, or testimonial in public marketing without your separate consent.

K-Beauty Audit may use anonymized, aggregated, or de-identified information for product improvement, internal training, sample development, education, or marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice.

Those documents explain how K-Beauty Audit collects, uses, stores, shares, deletes, and protects personal information and consumer health data.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a privacy notice regarding privacy rights, health-data rights, consent, or data-handling practices, the more specific privacy notice controls for that issue.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• submit false, misleading, edited, fabricated, defamatory, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, illegal, or unauthorized materials
• submit information about another person without authority
• request medical diagnosis, treatment advice, emergency advice, or medical suitability determinations
• use a report to harass, threaten, defame, extort, shame, or publicly accuse a clinic, doctor, patient, reviewer, or third party
• copy, resell, publish, scrape, train models on, or commercially exploit the Service or reports without permission
• interfere with the website, checkout flow, email systems, forms, security, analytics, or operation of the Service
• violate applicable law, third-party rights, platform terms, payment processor rules, or clinic confidentiality obligations

The website, branding, service structure, report templates, analysis frameworks, text, design, graphics, icons, workflows, intake questions, categories, and other materials are owned by K-Beauty Audit or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Reports are provided for your personal informational use only.

You may save and share your report privately with your own licensed medical professionals, legal advisors, family members, or trusted personal advisors for decision-support purposes.

You may not publicly post, sell, sublicense, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit a report or any substantial portion of the Service without K-Beauty Audit's written permission.

The Service may refer to or link to third-party websites, clinics, doctors, platforms, payment processors, review sites, forums, blogs, social media posts, translation tools, search results, or other sources.

These third parties are independent from K-Beauty Audit.

K-Beauty Audit is not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, practices, privacy policies, prices, medical services, payment practices, scheduling, communications, safety, results, or availability.

Your dealings with clinics, doctors, payment processors, travel providers, platforms, or other third parties are solely between you and those third parties.

K-Beauty Audit is paid by clients, not clinics.

K-Beauty Audit does not accept clinic sponsorships, clinic advertising, affiliate revenue, referral fees, commissions, paid placement, or compensation from clinics in exchange for favoring, recommending, ranking, or steering customers to them.

K-Beauty Audit's analysis is based on available information, customer-submitted materials, source limitations, and professional judgment.

Independence does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, safety, price fairness, medical quality, or outcomes.

The Service and reports are provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K-Beauty Audit disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.

K-Beauty Audit does not warrant that the Service will meet your expectations, prevent a bad decision, identify every concern, find every source, confirm every fact, translate every nuance, or produce any particular outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K-Beauty Audit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service.

This includes clinic choices, medical choices, travel choices, payment choices, deposits, procedures, complications, dissatisfaction, or third-party conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, K-Beauty Audit's total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to K-Beauty Audit for the specific audit or service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless K-Beauty Audit from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or related to:

• your use of the Service
• information you submit
• your violation of these Terms
• your violation of law or third-party rights
• your decisions regarding clinics, doctors, procedures, payments, travel, or medical care
• your misuse or publication of a report

K-Beauty Audit may modify, pause, discontinue, limit, or expand the Service at any time.

We may change pricing, scope, intake questions, report formats, turnaround estimates, payment processors, AI tools, vendors, waitlist features, and service availability.

Changes will not necessarily apply retroactively to an already purchased audit unless required by law, necessary for safety, security, or legal reasons, or expressly stated.

K-Beauty Audit may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated Terms will be posted on the website with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection, privacy, health-data, payment, or other laws.

If you have a concern about the Service, contact K-Beauty Audit first at kbeautyaudit@gmail.com so we can try to address the issue informally.

Either you or K-Beauty Audit may bring a claim in a court that has proper jurisdiction.

These Terms do not include a mandatory arbitration clause, class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, or small-claims limitation.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable part should be interpreted or replaced in a way that most closely reflects the original intent while remaining enforceable.

These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice, checkout disclosures, refund disclosures, health/medical disclaimer, Independence Disclosure, and service-specific terms, form the entire agreement between you and K-Beauty Audit regarding the Service.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific written checkout disclosure for a particular purchase, the checkout disclosure controls for that purchase only to the extent of the conflict.
