1. Do I need clinic quotes before ordering?
Yes. Our current audits work best when you already have quotes or consultation details to review. If you are still deciding which clinics to contact, you can join the waitlist for pre-quote clinic research.
2. What does the audit include?
A structured review of your clinic quotes, pricing context, clinic and doctor background signals, reputation patterns, consultation dynamics, and questions you may want to ask before committing.
3. Is this medical advice?
No. K-Beauty Audit provides informational decision-support only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or procedure suitability assessments.
4. Do you recommend which clinic I should choose?
We do not make medical decisions for you or guarantee that any clinic is safe, appropriate, or best. We help you understand quote context, available signals, concerns, tradeoffs, and clarification questions.
5. Are you paid by clinics?
No. K-Beauty Audit is paid by clients, not clinics. We do not accept referral commissions, paid placement, or compensation from clinics in exchange for favorable treatment.
6. What information do I need to submit?
Clinic names, doctor names if known, quoted prices, quote details, discounts, screenshots or consultation notes if available, and your main concerns.
7. What happens after I pay?
You'll receive instructions for submitting any remaining details or screenshots. We review your materials and prepare your audit based on the package you selected.
8. Can I get a refund?
Because audits involve customized research and analysis, refunds are limited once work begins. However, if your delivered report isn't useful for your decision, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a full satisfaction refund.
9. How long does it take?
Most audits are delivered within 5 days after we receive the required information.
10. Is my information private?
We use your submitted information to provide your audit and operate the service. We do not sell your clinic quote or procedure-related information to clinics.
